We are a small gift shop that takes great pride in providing our customers with unique, quality-made goods, as well as personalized customer service. We look to build life-long relationships with our customers and hope that you will be one of them! We are currently making updates to our website. Please bear with us if you encounter any hiccups during the process, and let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.
We reserve the right to make changes and updates to the website regularly without any notification to the customer, including changes in what product features are, descriptions, pricing, etc.
If an item is purchased but is on back-order or out-of-stock, we will contact you via email immediately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Paypal. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to purchase products through our website. Follow the instructions during checkout and let us know if you are in need of further assistance.
Domestic – Standard Shipping Here, at Canvas & Paddle, we ship USPS. We want to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely. According to weight and size, we choose the most secured and speediest option for your order. We use USPS Priority Mail to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories.
Canada We ship US Priority Mail International to Canada and shipping rates start at $19.95. Delivery time is 6-10 days. If you would like your package in a shorter time period, Express Mail is an option but we will need you to call us to complete your order over the phone.
NOTE: Orders can take 2-3 days to be processed before shipment. This includes 2-Day and Next Day shipments. If this is a problem, please call 906.847.4020. We will work with you to accommodate rush orders.
Canvas & Paddle ships to all 50 US states, US Territories, and Canada. We are not able to ship to any foreign countries outside of North America. If you have a special request email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Canvas & Paddle is not responsible for service transit time, as that information is determined by the carrier, and may vary.
Shipments to addresses in the state of Michigan will acquire an additional sales tax of 6.0%.
Completed Order Information:
Order Confirmation An order confirmation will be sent to you within one business day of placing your order. Make sure to check your spam filter; unfortunately, our emails may get stuck in your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us 906.847.4020 or email email@example.com to confirm your order.
Checking the Status of your Order: Once you receive a confirmation email, simply reply to the email or call us at 906.847.4020. We are open daily May through October. During our off season (November- April) if you cannot reach us we will respond to your email or telephone call as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations: Call or email us right away if you need to make a change to your order. Canvas & Paddle does not accept cancellation of orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Damaged Items Please check your package as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if something has arrived damaged.
Returns & Exchanges If you wish to return an item we offer store credit or exchange only. We will issue a gift card in equal value to the item(s) you purchased. Please note, original shipping costs will not be refunded. All SALE items and Special Orders are FINAL sale. Returns must be sent in new, unused condition in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please send the unused item(s) packaged properly, and with pre-paid postage. We do not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior approval. Returns should include a copy of your original order form and shipped to the following address:

You may choose any shipping method that you prefer to use. We only ask that merchandise cannot be damaged in shipment. Please be aware that the item needs to be returned in an undamaged condition. Once your package has been recieved in good form, we will process your refund.
